Applies to Riva Cloud and Riva On-Premise. Riva has options to limit the number of created Cases or Opportunities to the number specified. It is also possible to limit the number of AssignTo folders displayed in Outlook; this is independent of the limit for synced Cases or Opportunities discussed here. For example, you can set a maximum count of 50 open synced Opportunities, and also set a maximum number of 5 AssignTo Opportunity folders in Outlook.
