By default, when Riva creates a new CRM contact based on an Exchange contact, Riva uses the value of the Company Name field or the domain of the contact's email to name the corresponding account or organization object. Riva-generated accounts are indistinguishable from other accounts when searched for in the CRM, but they most likely require input to fill out the rest of the details. You might benefit from adding a prefix to the names of such accounts, so that you can find them more easily in the CRM to finish processing them.
