By default, Riva synchronizes the standard and native information from CRM to Exchange. Each of the supported CRMs has different defaults and, therefore, a slightly different default field mapping. All CRMs support custom fields and have fields that do map to the native Exchange contact fields. Riva offers an advanced option to dynamically extract and add these additional fields and fields from non-contact related objects (opportunities, cases, quotes, projects, etc.) to the body of the contact record in Exchange.
