Sync Completed CRM Tasks to Email

By default, Riva does not sync completed items from the CRM to Exchange, but that behaviour can be changed.

For Riva Cloud

For Riva On-Premise

To override the default behaviour:

  1. Apply the following two advanced custom options to the CRM connection object:

    Crm.DeleteClosedItem.Task = false

    Crm.SyncClosedItem.Task = true

  2. Save the CRM policy and restart the CRM synchronization service to apply the change.

    Note: Completed tasks will not be visible in Outlook unless the view is changed to show "Completed Tasks".
