Allow Renaming the Parent Account from the Outlook Contact for Infor CRM (Saleslogix)

By default, if a user renames a parent account in an Outlook contact that has synchronized to the CRM, the account rename sync fails. Riva On-Premise offers an advanced option to allow renaming the parent account from the Outlook contact. 

To rename the parent account from the Outlook contact:

Applies to

  • Riva On-Premise 2.4.22 or higher.
  • Riva for Office 365; Exchange 2016, 2013, 2010, and 2007 (EWS); and Exchange 2003 (MAPI).
