Keep Infor CRM (Saleslogix) Historical Calendar Items in Outlook

When an appointment in Infor CRM (Saleslogix) is closed, it is deleted from the Activity table and moved to a history table.

  • By default, Riva synchronizes the change, which results in the appointment's deletion from the Outlook calendar.
  • Riva now provides an option to retain closed calendar items.

Required Riva On-Premise version: Riva 2.4.21 or higher is required. Recommended: Upgrade Riva On-Premise to the latest public release.

To retain Infor CRM (Saleslogix) historical items in Outlook:

  • Apply the following advanced custom option to the Riva sync policy (procedure) or to individual target users in the policy (procedure):
Crm.Slx.CompletedActivity.SyncEnabled = true (Enable.)
Crm.Slx.CompletedActivity.SyncEnabled = false (Disable if previously enabled.)

When set to True, this option affects activities that Saleslogix users close from this point on. Applying this option has no effect on activities that were previously removed by Riva before applying the option.

Applies to

  • Riva On-Premise 2.4.21 or higher for Exchange.
