Solution If GoldMine Cannot Display Gmail Properly

GoldMine requires emails to be properly formatted in HTML in order to be displayed correctly. Unfortunately, Gmail does not support all HTML elements. The following advanced option was added to allow Riva to convert any partially received HTML from Gmail into a fully formatted email that is readable and displays correctly in GoldMine.

To fix the HTML of Gmail emails for proper display in GoldMine:

• Apply the following advanced custom option to the Google connection:

  Google.RequiresFullHtmlFormat = True
