Configure non-Windows Clients and Mobile Devices

Riva Cloud does not require any client configuration for Outlook for PC, Outlook 2011 for Mac, Outlook WebAccess, GroupWise and GroupWise WebAccess.  

Some client configuration may be required for the following systems:

• CRM Integration for Entourage 2008 (Web Services Edition)

• CRM Synchronization for Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard)

• iPad, iPhone, ActiveSync and BlackBerry mobile devices
