It's important to make sure the Riva connection user has the correct access to the Riva for Google Apps. That may be the key to fixing an authentication issue, for example.

To check that the Riva for Google Apps application is enabled:

  1. Using an administrator account, sign in to your Google Admin console,

  2. From the Admin console home page, select Users.

  3. In the Users list, find the Riva connection user.

  4. Click the connection user’s name to open their account page.

  5. Click Apps and make sure that the Riva for Google Apps is enabled for the connection user.
