Switch a NetSuite Connection from Credentials to TBA

It is possible to switch a NetSuite connection from user credentials to Token-Based Authentication (TBA), by selecting a check box and entering the TBA details. This presupposes that you have configured NetSuite to require Token-Based Authentication. Perform the TBA setup tasks.

To switch a NetSuite connection from user credentials to TBA:

1. Ensure that you have performed in NetSuite the TBA setup tasks.

2. In the Riva Manager application, version 2.4.50 or higher, double-click the connection to edit it.

3. In the CRM Connection Edit window, near the top, select Token-Based Authentication.

   

4. Configure the required TBA settings, as described at Token-Based Authentication.
