In Riva 2.4.46 or higher, it is possible to assign a user-friendly Display Name to any CRM or email system connection. (By default, the Display Name is set to the same value as the connection name.)
Where The Display Name Is Assigned
In any Connection Edit window, the user-friendly name is assigned in the General tab, near the top, in the Display Name field.
Where the Display Name Appears
A connection's Display Name appears in the Riva Manager application in the following locations:
- On the Setup page, where a connection is selected to edit it;
- In one of these places on the Edit CRM Synchronization Policy page:

- In the right side of the Mailboxes area:
