Applies to Riva 2.4.41 or higher.
In a multi-node deployment of Riva On-Premise for High Performance, High Availability, or rapid Disaster Recovery, you can use a Command Prompt line option or a batch file to deploy a Riva On-Premise upgrade to one or more servers. For every server, use the following syntax on the prompt line or in the batch file.
riva.exe --update "zip"
where "zip" is the path and file name of the .zip file that contains the version of Riva to install.
Requirement:
- Run the command prompt line or batch file from the Riva\Application\Base directory, unless Riva.exe is listed in your DOS PATH= command.
