Install the Riva Insight Outlook Web Add-In for Organization Users (Office 365 Admins)

Audience: Office 365 administrators who want to install the add-in for the entire organization, user groups, or individuals.

To install the Riva Insight Outlook Web add-in for your organization:

  1. Log in to Office 365 Outlook Web App as an Office 365 administrator.

  2. Select the App Launcher, and select Admin.

  3. Under Admin centers, select Exchange to open the Exchange admin center.

  4. Under Organization, select Add-ins, and add the manifest from one of the URLs listed at https://kb.omni-ts.com/entry/1999/#To-obtain-the-Riva-Insight-Outlook-Web-add-in--use-one-of-the-following-URLs.

Note: After the Web add-in has been installed, end users may need to restart their mail client for Riva Insight to appear.
