GoldMine: Disable Syncing Contact Middle Name from Outlook

An advanced option prevents Riva from syncing the middle name field from Exchange contact records to GoldMine contact records.

To prevent Riva from syncing a contact's middle name field from Exchange to GoldMine

• Set the following custom option:

  GoldMine.Contact.NotSetMiddleName = True (Riva syncs only the First and Last names to the Full Name field in GoldMine,)

  

  Note: By default, GoldMine.Contact.NotSetMiddleName is set to False, and Riva syncs the First, Middle, and Last names from Exchange to the Full Name field in GoldMine.
