Fix for the "Exception Saving Licenser" Error

Issue

In Riva On-Premise 2.4.31.13908 or earlier, "Exception saving licenser" errors appear in the crmex-log files.

System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'E:\Riva\Licenses\{guid_crmex}.licensees' because it is being used by another process.

Solution

The fix for this error is included in Riva 2.4.31.13909 or higher.

Recommended: Upgrade Riva to the latest public release.
