When an appointment in Infor CRM (Saleslogix) is closed, it is deleted from the Activity table and moved to a history table.
Required Riva On-Premise version: Riva 2.4.21 or higher is required. Recommended: Upgrade Riva On-Premise to the latest public release. To retain Infor CRM (Saleslogix) historical items in Outlook:
Crm.Slx.CompletedActivity.SyncEnabled = true (Enable.) Crm.Slx.CompletedActivity.SyncEnabled = false (Disable if previously enabled.) When set to True, this option affects activities that Saleslogix users close from this point on. Applying this option has no effect on activities that were previously removed by Riva before applying the option. Applies to
