It does not need to be updated with every release to take advantage of the Riva Insight Server enhancements. Outlook Windows Add-in 2024.1 - v2024.1.9.4356 Get Windows Add-in version 2024.1 In order to benefit from Riva Insight's latest enhancements and improvements, we recommend using the same version of Outlook Windows add-in as the Insight Server. We do not recommend upgrading the add-in to a version that is higher than the Riva Insight Server, as we cannot guarantee it would be compatible. Multilingual Support for Riva Insight

Insight Diagnostics Obfuscation

• What's New!
  • Riva Insight Diagnostics now provided an option to obfuscate data that is being captured.
• What does it do?
  • Insight Diagnostics is tool that aids Riva in being able to troubleshoot issues by capturing session data for trickier to solve issues.
  • The obfuscate option prevents the content from the sidepanel from being captured for session replay.
• Addtional Information
  • Insight Diagnostics only captures session data from the Insight side panel. Outlook windows are not captured.
  • Insight Diagnostics is off by default, and should only be enabled when instructed by Riva Support for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Ideally, the obfuscate option should be left off as it makes it easier for Riva for troubleshoot, however there is concern of exposing sensitive data, then you may use the obfuscate option to have the data obfuscated.

  • A number of changes have been made to improve the overall code quality based on reports generated from our code quality scanning tools.
  • Improvements have been made to reduce redundant loglines.
  • Fixed loglines that incorrectly reported info loglines or warning loglines as error loglines.

  • 2024.1.9.3982 (2023.4.9.4003) - Fixed issue where Send and Track fails after updating a draft email.
  • 2024.1.9.4122 (2023.4.9.4128) - Improved performance when tracking a recurring meeting in a delegate mailbox.
  • 2024.1.9.4003 - Fixed issue when clicking Track and Send prevents tracking and shows a "Changes Detected" error message.
  • 2024.1.9.4196 (2023.4.9.4226) - Add an option to Remote Diagnostics to Obfuscate data in the session replay.

  • 2024.1.9.4993 - Fixed issue where Salesforce login domains were not being saved when using Login with Salesforce with Outlook on the Web

  • 2024.1.8.4972 - Added messaging informing users to open replies or forwards in a new window, due to a limitation where Outlook does not allow inline messages to be automatically closed after being sent.
  • 2024.1.9.4970 - Fixed issue that was causing Track in CRM to fail due to the internal meeting organizer no longer exising within the organization.
  • 2024.1.9.5037 - Fixed issue where QuickTrack Auto was not getting tracked.
