Determine Which Riva Insight Versions You Are On

Audience: End users and Riva administrators.

To determine which Riva Insight version is installed:

1. In Insight context view, select the hamburger icon on the top right, then select About Riva Insight.
   
   Note: Older versions of Insight may instead have a ​​  icon in the lower right corner. In this case, select this icon, then in the Riva Insight Settings window that appears, select the Info tab.

2. In the Riva Insight Settings window that appears:

   • Insight Server Version: this is the Riva Insight Server version.
   • Insight Client: this is the Riva Insight add-in version.
