What's New in Riva Cloud
Print button added to the Metrics Dashboard
Benefit: In this latest release, we added the "Print" button to the metrics page enabling users to print the current metrics page and also save it as a PDF to make sharing the data easier.
Export button added to the Metrics Dashboard
Benefit: In this latest release, we added the "Export Metrics" button to the metrics page enabling users to export the metrics data (email address, Creates, Deletes, updates, and total changes per user.) in csv for further analysis, manipulation, and reporting.
Usage Instructions
1. On the Metrics page is a visible Export button and when it is clicked it displays a drop down of periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6o days) that the users can choose to export the full user list table for that period. (See Image below)
2. The file is then downloaded to the device in use as a csv file.

Bug Fixes
- Resolved online credit-card services not working on Riva Cloud.
- Resolved issue of not been able to add a new credit card on Riva cloud.
Security Enhancements
Microsoft Graph
- Riva has recently released a Beta version of Office 365 Graph Connections.

Minor Bug Fixes
- Optimized recurring appointment syncing.
- Adjusted code to better handle recurring appointment sync.
- Implemented logging handler to log API requests and responses.
- Can now enable Graph API logging to assist with troubleshooting.
- Resolved issue - Unable to initialize: Failed to retrieve Calendar folder.
- Resolution: Update code handling this error, and run a re-initialization.
- Impact: Affected users were unable to sync any calendar items.
- Resolved issue - Unable to initialize: [Unauthorized] GraphFolderDataProvider.a displayName: Error trying to retrieve RivaConfiguration.
- Resolution: Updated code to handle the SyncConfiguration when not using the required Graph permissions.
- Impact: Affected users were unable to sync calendar custom 1 object when Graph user permissions are limited.
Architectural Changes
Most of the improvements made in this version are architectural changes that will be used in future releases to support new features.
