New Metrics Dashboard

In this latest Cloud version release, we have implemented a new and improved user experience for the Metrics page! With the new appearance, this dashboard is also versatile by providing different widgets that allows for more user interaction and new functionalities.

The new functionalities introduced are:

• Dashboard widgets provide more information and can be interacted with 
• Ability to export the dashboard in different file formats (PDF, CSV, image)
• Filter based on time frames (24-hour, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days)
• Filter based on modules tied to your policy

This new Metrics implementation will allow us to provide our users with a more personal experience and more customizable experience for your organization's needs. For more information, please contact our Riva Support team.

User Interface (UI) Changes

Most of the improvements made in this version are small user interface changes that updated any older styling and formatting of our pages.

New! Microsoft Graph Sync Functionality

Riva has been closely following the updates being made for Microsoft Graph and would like to understand your needs to further build and support Graph connection for our customers. If this is something that interests you, please reach out to get started.

• Graph Opportunity Assign-to now available.
• Graph with SSH (Student Success HUB/SAL integration now available
• Graph Support for OAuth Client-Credentials-Flow (Certificate Based)
  • A Graph connection can be created using a certificate
