Challenge: CRM Monitor reports all connection attempts to Exchange fail showing "Error in IMsgServiceAdmin.GetProviderTable: MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND".
Connection: Exchange 2003 using Outlook Profile, HTTP over RPC, Basic Authentication.
Test: Opened Riva application. Opened Exchange 2003 connection and performed a "Test Connetion" to a target exchange account. An error window opened showing "Error in IMsgServiceAdmin.GetProviderTable: MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND".
Cause: Suspect that there was a minor corruption of something in the local Outlook profile used by the connection.
Resolution:
- Used "Control Panel" > "Mail" applet to open and resave the Oultook profile.
- In the Riva application, opened the Exchange 2003 connection and performed another "Test Connection".
- Confirmed that connection passed.
- Restarted the Riva CRM Agent Service for Exchange.
