What's New and How It Works
- Enhancement for Riva Cloud Company:
When a syncing user account is disabled, the sync policy is now disabled too.
Reason for the change: A policy in Riva Cloud Company is exclusive to one user. It would waste resources to let it execute when the corresponding user account is disabled.
- Limiting the sync of recurring appointments with no end date or an end date far in the future:
By default, policies created in Riva Cloud 2019.5 or higher now sync recurring items to a maximum of 400 days in the future.
If you want to change that number of days, contact the Riva Success Team.
For policies created in previous releases, you can ask the Riva Success Team to configure a maximum number of days for you.
