NetSuite: Enable Matching Primary and Alternate Contact Email Addresses

Applies to Riva Cloud and Riva On-Premise.

By default, when contact, lead, and account creation is enabled, Riva matches only the primary email address for NetSuite contacts that have both a primary and a secondary (alternate) email address.

When contact, lead, and account creation is disabled, Riva matches only the primary email address and creates a contact for the alternate email address in NetSuite.

To enable Riva to match both primary and secondary (alternate) email addresses of NetSuite contacts:
