What's New: Metrics for Riva Cloud Corporate

In Riva Cloud Corporate, the Dashboard now displays aggregate metrics for the active users:
 

• Active Users: the total number of users who were enabled to sync and part of an active policy, on the previous calendar day.

  • Note: This number is less than the number of licensed users if some licensed users were not enabled to sync that day.

• Users with Errors: the total number of users who had any type of error and/or warning, for example email and/or CRM connection errors, on the previous calendar day.

  • Note: A warning does not prevent syncing an item or user.
  • To view errors and warnings, refer to the sync logs.
     

• Total Items Synced: the total number of items created, updated, deleted, or otherwise changed by Riva for all active users on the policy, on the previous calendar day.

• Average Sync Duration: the average duration in m:ss (minutes:seconds) of the sync cycles that took place on the previous calendar day.

  • Note: This metric excludes the duration of cycles that were manually initiated by an admin.
