Riva 2.4.42 or Higher
Two Riva services can be exposed to typical Windows service monitoring solutions:
- Service Display name: Omni Riva (Sync Service).
- Service name: Riva_Service_CrmAgentEx
- The 32-bit service is used to perform all of Riva's synchronization processes.
- Service Display name: Omni Riva (Sync Service) 64:
- Service name: Riva_Service_CrmAgentEx64
- The 64-bit service is used to perform all of Riva's synchronization processes.

Riva 2.4.41 or Earlier
Two Riva sync services can be exposed to typical Windows service monitoring solutions.
Each Riva service display name starts with the word 'Omni'. The service name can be identified by examining the properties of the applicable service.
In Riva 2.4.41 or earlier, the following Riva sync services may be installed:
- Service Display Name: Omni Riva (CRM Agent for Exchange)
- Service name: Riva_Service_CrmAgentEx
- Used by Riva CRM Agent for Exchange
- Service Display Name: Omni Riva (CRM Agent)
- Service name: Riva_Service_CrmAgent
- Used by Riva CRM Agent for GroupWise
