To create a Sugar 7+ REST connection:
If you are using Riva Cloud Corporate, ensure that you have followed this procedure: Prepare Sugar or SuiteCRM for Riva Cloud Corporate.
Log in to https://www.rivacloud.com.
On the Get Started page, select Configure your CRM.
On the Select a supported CRM page, select SugarCRM.
In the Select Version window that appears, select SugarCRM 7+.
Provide the required connection details.
Enter your CRM user name and password.
Address: Enter the website URL to log in to your CRM, for example https://crm.mycompany.com.
Platform: (Default: Riva.) The custom platform configured in Sugar to enable Riva to log in or impersonate a user without terminating their Sugar web sessions.

Enable 'Sync to Outlook' Features: To enable the "Sync to Outlook" filter, select this check box.

The Riva Cloud service attempts to connect to your CRM account with the credentials and connection information you have provided.
