To create a SugarCRM, SugarCRM On Demand, or a DataSync On Demand connection, use the SugarCRM connection wizard.

Provide your CRM user name and password.

Provide the website URL to login to SugarCRM, e.g. https://crm.mycompany.com.
Once you have provided the information, click the OK button. The Riva Live server will attempt to connect to your CRM account using the credentials and connection information provided. After the connection is verified, the CRM connection will be added to your Riva Live account. If this is a new account, the wizard will prompt you to create the connection to your email system.
If you experience any challenges, you can click on the "Live Chat" link at the top of the Riva Live window, or you can submit a Contact Me form.
