If you are an Office 365 administrator and want to install the add-in for the entire organization, user groups, or individuals, see
- Install the Riva Insight Outlook Web Add-In for Organization Users (Office 365 admins).
To install the add-in directly (as an individual), you can
- Install the add-in from your Outlook client; or
- Note: New versions of the web add-in require the add-in to be deployed through Office 365 Admin Center
