In Riva 2.4.42 and higher, all new licenses for Salesforce are directly linked to an 18-digit Salesforce Organization ID (OrgId). In previous versions of Riva, only the internet domain was used.
15-digit Organization IDs do not work. Only the 18-digit IDs do.
Previously generated licenses are still supported until renewal time.
All Salesforce license renewals require a new license request that uses this license type.
