Order a Paid Riva Cloud Subscription

To order a paid subscription:

  • Method #1: To purchase a subscription directly from the Riva Cloud account, select Purchase Now.

  • Method #2: Call our Riva Success Team, and speak to a representative. Look up our team hours and phone numbers in the right column of our Contact Us page.

  • Method #3: On the Contact Us page, fill out our Contact Us form, and ask us to call you. (How to submit a Contact Us form.)

Either way,

upon confirmation of certain information, we will implement an online payment method linked to your Riva Cloud subscription admin account. As of Oct. 1, 2019, all new subscriptions are available on an annual basis only. Monthly subscriptions are supported only if they were set up before Oct. 1, 2019.
 

Can the billing method be changed?

Yes, if your billing method was set to monthly before Oct. 1, 2019, you can switch from monthly to annual billing. There is a price difference in the billing rates. For the details, see Riva Cloud pricing. To make the necessary arrangements, contact the Riva Cloud Licensing staff.
