After the addition of a new user to the synchronization policy or the execution of an advanced connection test, the following error appears in the service monitor or logs.
Source DB does not exist.
This error typically occurs in these scenarios:
Fix the access control and trust issues.
Result: Riva will then have the appropriate access to the mail file in order to synchronize this user.
