Embedded You-Tube Videos to Policy Settings Page

Customers can have a walk through of Sync policy setup instructions by clicking the following video. If written setup instructions are preferred, they can also link to our Knowledge Base by clicking Help: How to Configure.

Updated Welcome Page for Ease of Setup

Steps 1 through 5 guide the customer through the required steps to getting started with Riva Cloud.

We also added a link to our You-Tube demo video library to make it easier for customers to learn how Riva works.

Added APAC Contact Info to Contact Us Page

We have updated contact details with the recent addition of an APAC sales team located in Australia.

Exchange Connection Error Message Links to Knowledge Base Procedure

If the AD/Exchange password for the Riva connection account is changed, the Riva administrator needs to change the password for the corresponding Riva connection to Exchange. If the password is not changed, the CRM Monitor reports the following error, which now has a link to the Change a connection password procedure.
