• Skip appointment if private option.

Skip appointment if private option added to calendar

By default, Riva syncs Exchange appointments marked as private to the CRM and handles them as private CRM appointments (if the CRM supports the private flag) or "privatizes" the appointment in the CRM (see Private appointment handling.) Select this option to skip Exchange private appointments.

Synchronization log viewer

• Policy indicators in log view user list: This allows the admin of large user bases to easily view all users from the sync logs and see the status of their sync determined by color. Added Not in Policy indicator to sync log viewer user list.

• Green: Successful Synchronization.
• Red: Sync has stopped for that user due to a connection error.
• Orange: Sync has stopped for that user due to a data sync error.
• Grey: Not in Policy.
