Riva Cloud, release date: 2015.06. Riva synchronization enhancements are available for the following CRMs:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, 2013, or 2011 Rollup 10 or higher

  • Contacts I follow
    In a sync policy, the default ownership filtering of CRM contacts can be overridden by a pre-defined filter: Filter based on Contacts I follow. By using this filter, the only contacts that Riva Cloud syncs for a user are those that the user has flagged in the CRM as "Contacts I follow".
    To use this filter, contact the Riva Success Team.

Salesforce

  • Country and state pick lists
    If you have enabled country and state pick lists in Salesforce (Setup => Data Management => Country and State pick lists), but a contact's country and/or state values does not match the values on the pick lists, Riva reports an error when attempting to sync that contact.
    Solution: contact the Riva Success Team.

  • Contact pictures
    An optimized preloading of contact photo info is available. This prevents wasting some API calls and improves performance.
    To implement the optimized preloading, contact the Riva Success Team.

  • Salesforce default record types
    If you want to set the default record type based on the user profile pulled from the CRM user record, contact the Riva Success Team.

  • Salesforce plug-in migration and/or compatibility
    For Riva Cloud to sync calendar items with the Salesforce plug-in for Outlook installed, contact the Riva Success Team.
