How to fix database needing consistency check?

After downloading the Riva Connector application template, it may be required to perform a consistency check.


If the following message is seen, perform the following action:

Unable to locate database [SERVER NAME] riva\riva_connector_os.ntf: This database connot be opened because a consistency check of it is needed.



From the Domino server console enter the following command:

load fixup -f -j riva\riva_connector_os.ntf

The server should respond with a message similar to:
