When using Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise to synchronize Sage CRM to Exchange or Outlook, new records created by Riva in Sage are defaulted to the home territory of the admin account used by Riva to connect to Sage. If you need to control the default territory of new records, then in Sage CRM, set the home territory of the Riva user to the desired default territory.
