CauseOne or more Exchange contacts do not have a value for the last name in the Exchange (Outlook) contact record. Solution for Riva CloudContact the Riva Success Team. Solution for Riva On-PremiseRiva 2.4.32 or higher includes an advanced custom option that can be applied to the sync policy that will automatically insert (Unknown) to the surname field of the CRM contact record. To insert "(Unknown)" in the CRM surname field if the Exchange surname field is empty: Crm.Contact.UnknownLastNameDefault = (Unknown) Once applied, Riva will perform sync of contact items from Exchange to the CRM and will insert (Unknown) as required into CRM contact records it creates..
