What is Riva Copilot?
- Riva Copilot is an AI powered tool that lives in Riva Insight.
Capabilities
- Scans the selected email to identify and suggest contacts that can be created.
- Scans the selected email to identify and suggest modifications to existing contacts.
How to Enable
Riva Copilot is not enabled by default, and needs to be enabled.
To enable Riva Copilot, you must first go to your Riva Insight settings page underneath Insight Features and click the checkbox at the bottom of the page:
