Enabling Riva Bookings in Riva Insight

Riva Insight - Enabling Riva Bookings

To use the Riva Bookings directly from Insight for a better user experience, we must enable the Bookings feature on Riva Insight. Riva member will walk you through this process as well.

  1. Once a Riva member has enabled the feature toggle for your organization, you should be able to go to Settings -> General -> Bookings in Insight to enable the feature for your organization.
  2. Number of Timeslots can be used to determine how many pre-defined slots will be inserted for "Smart Suggested Times" feature.
