The toggle turns yellow, , to indicate you have subscribed to the item. Next time you view the record in Riva Insight, you know you will be aware of the latest activities that pertain to that record. To unsubscribe, you click . Some configuring is required in both Salesforce and Riva. Screenshots of what it looks like for the end users.
