Subscribe to Salesforce from Riva Insight: How End Users Subscribe

To subscribe to a Salesforce item from Riva Insight:

1. In Riva Insight, access an item of a module type that your company's Riva Insight admin has configured for subscribing to Salesforce.

2. In either summary view or detail view, next to the item, click the Subscribe toggle.

   The screen shot displays the toggle in the item's summary view.

   

   Now that you have subscribed to the Salesforce item, the toggle is displayed in yellow:

   

To unsubscribe from a Salesforce item while working in Riva Insight:

• Next to the item, click the yellow toggle,

  The toggle is now displayed in white, to show that you are not currently subscribed to the item.
