On the sync policy Configuration tab, in the Calendar section, the following change affects all policies created in Riva Cloud 2018.8 or higher: the "Synchronize recurring appointments from mailbox to CRM" check box is now selected by default. This change does not affect policies created before Riva Cloud 2018.8.
To free up some space on the sync policy tabs, some explanations are now visible only when hovering the mouse cursor over the icon next to an option. In some cases, you need to click or tap the icon.
The wording of some configuration options has been clarified.
The main change is the following: the options that were phrased negatively have been rephrased positively.
Because of the negative-to-positive rephrasing, if you had selected the check box, it is now cleared; and if you had cleared the check box, it is now selected.
The following table displays, among other things, on which tabs of the sync policy the name changes have taken place. The Default Status of Renamed Check Box column affects only policies created in Riva Cloud 2018.8 or higher.
