Existing account is syncingIf your sync policy is already enabled, the account continues to function normally. The first time an Administrator logs in to the Riva Cloud account after the EULA has been updated, they are prompted to read and accept the EULA.
Existing account is not currently syncingThe first time an Administrator logs in to the Riva Cloud account after the EULA has been updated, they are prompted to read and accept the EULA.
New accountNew accounts will be prompted to accept the EULA prior to performing any other action on their new Riva Cloud trial.
Riva Success TeamA Riva Success Team member cannot accept the EULA on your behalf, even when working on your account. An Administrator is required to accept the EULA. Records
