Updated EULA

The Riva Cloud End-User License Agreement (EULA) was updated on May 25, 2018.

For the purposes of the following, an Administrator is defined as someone who:

  1. Is one of your organization's Riva Cloud administrators (either syncing or non-syncing)
  2. Who is legally allowed to represent your company and make decisions on its behalf.

A copy of the EULA is available at https://www.rivacrmintegration.com/cloud/terms/.

How the Updated EULA Affects You

It depends on which situation applies to you:

Existing account is syncing

If your sync policy is already enabled, the account continues to function normally.

The first time an Administrator logs in to the Riva Cloud account after the EULA has been updated, they are prompted to read and accept the EULA.

  • If the EULA is accepted, the sync continues as normal.
  • If the EULA is declined, the sync is disabled until such time as the EULA is accepted, and the Administrator is immediately logged out.

Existing account is not currently syncing

The first time an Administrator logs in to the Riva Cloud account after the EULA has been updated, they are prompted to read and accept the EULA.

  • If the EULA is accepted, the Administrator can use Riva Cloud normally.
  • If the EULA is declined, the Administrator is logged out of the Riva Cloud account.

New account

New accounts will be prompted to accept the EULA prior to performing any other action on their new Riva Cloud trial.

  • If the EULA is accepted, account creation continues normally.
  • If the EULA is declined, the Administrator is logged out of the Riva Cloud account.

Riva Success Team

A Riva Success Team member cannot accept the EULA on your behalf, even when working on your account. An Administrator is required to accept the EULA.

Records

  • The EULA acceptance date and version are recorded with your account settings.
  • They are visible on the Riva Cloud My Account page.
