Because CRM-originating appointments are synced to all the attendees, issues can arise if the attendees send their copies of those appointments to the other attendees.
The solution was optional. It consisted in configuring the sync to move the attendees from the email header fields (To, Cc, and Bcc) to an attendee list placed in the body of the email. A name on that list could be selected to open the attendee's contact record in the CRM.
Solution for Riva Cloud and Riva 2.4.45 or Higher
For policies that are created in Riva 2.4.45 or higher, the solution that was previously optional is now used by default.
For policies that were created in Riva 2.4.44 or earlier, it is possible to enable the solution in Riva 2.4.45 or higher.
