Poll for Account Name Changes More Frequently

By default, when Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise syncs contact information from the CRM, Riva polls for organization, company, or account name changes only once every three days.

You can force the polls to be more frequent.

To force organization name change polls to be more frequent:

• Apply the following advanced custom option to the sync policy:

  Sync.Crm.SyncOrgs.IntervalMinutes = m

  where m is the integer number of minutes for the desired sync frequency.

  After the option is saved, Riva processes organization updates at the interval rate set.

Example:

• Set a frequency of once every 4 hours: 4 hours * 60 minutes/hour = 240 minutes.

  Sync.Crm.SyncOrgs.IntervalMinutes = 240
