Riva Insight Cloud: Log in to Insight Context View (Panel)

Audience: End Users and Project Team Lead.
 

To log in to the Insight context view (panel):

  1. Open your client.

  2. If you are using Outlook Web App: Select an email, click on the three dots, and select the Riva Insight add-in.

    If you are using the Outlook desktop application: Select the Riva Insight add-in on the menu bar.

  3. Do one of the following to log in:

    • If your organization is using Riva Cloud authentication, enter your Riva Cloud credentials, then click on Log In;

      OR

    • If your organization is using Salesforce authentication, click on Log in with Salesforce to log in with your Salesforce account, or Log in with Salesforce Test Sandbox to log in with your Salesforce Sandbox account. For more information, see Riva Insight via Riva Cloud: Login with Salesforce.

      OR

    • If you do not know your login, contact your Riva administrator, or select Reset Password.
