Force "Employee" Matches to Have NetSuite Login Access

When the Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise sync engine performs the match between assigned target users in the sync policy, it matches to NetSuite employees regardless of their login access setting. This allows Riva to sync between service accounts that are not normally logged into by users. Some clients requested a custom option to require that matched employees must be able to log in to NetSuite.

Implementation for Riva On-Premise

Riva 2.4.33 or higher includes an advanced custom option.

To make Riva sync only to employee "users" that are able to log in to NetSuite:

• Apply the following advanced custom option to the NetSuite connection:

  NetSuite.Employee.RequireLoginAccess = true (Enables this option; by default, the option is set to "false".)
