Disable Syncing Goldmine Next Actions

By default, a GoldMine Next Action that does not have a date or time entered is synced to Exchange as an all day event that begins at 12:00 a.m and lasts for 24 hours.

You can disable the syncing of GoldMine Next Actions and you can re-enable it at any time.

To disable the syncing of GoldMine Next Actions:

• Apply the following advanced option to the sync policy or the GoldMine connection object:

  GoldMine.NextActionsSyncing.Disabled = true

To re-enable the syncing of GoldMine Next Actions:

• Apply the following advanced option to the sync policy or the GoldMine connection object:

  GoldMine.NextActionsSyncing.Disabled = false (Enables Next Action syncing if previously disabled.)
