When a user creates an event in Salesforce and indicates both a primary contact and various invitees, Riva Cloud and Riva On-Premise include the primary contact as an invitee when syncing that event to the user's Outlook calendar. In some circumstances, this may not be desirable. Riva Cloud and Riva On-Premise can be configured to ignore the primary contacts for Salesforce events and sync only the attendees.
