Applies to Riva Cloud and Riva On-Premise.
NetSuite Web Services uses "Governance" rules that control the maximum number of records that can be updated per request. During periods of high levels of data sync between NetSuite and Exchange, Riva may display ExceededRecordCountFault errors in the crmex-log files. This indicates that query requests from Riva are exceeding allowable limits.
For Netsuite, Riva normally returns 250 items per request when Riva performs a query to NetSuite for data. For example, if Riva has to initialize a new target user, it must query NetSuite for all of the contacts for the organization, and Netsuite will return those results in batches of 250 contacts per request.
